Worship Leaders

I’m a little tardy in getting this post up, but your help is still welcomed.

I have a buddy who leads worship occasionally. He is full of passion, and is über talented when it comes to singing and playing the drums. We were chatting some time ago about him taking it to the next level in worship. Both of us wondered out loud how one goes about becoming a “professional” worship leader. And both of us were stumped. Is there a school for that or something?
