Last night we enjoyed Grilled Steaks w/ Creamy Garlic Mashed Potatoes.


I learned some things with this meal.
• Preparing garlic takes a lot longer than you might think.
• Peeling tiny little potatoes is dangerous.
• Tonia still doesn’t appreciate medium rare steaks.
• Lots of garlic will give you ferocious gas later in the evening.
All in all, I enjoyed my time in front of the grill, but I’m looking forward to tonight’s meal a little more today. I did have a little flag band-aid on after dinner, so I guess I’m more patriotic than you.
