I was a little behind in getting into RSS to begin with. And it seems that I’m late getting into RSS grouping as well!

My subscriptions were getting a little out of hand lately, so this morning I organized them all into groups. This is working out beautifully. I’m even in the hunt for a few more quality subscriptions now. Here are a few new ones that I recommend:

» perk-o-late.com
» lifehacker.com
» Logic + Emotion
» Brand New
» inavandownbytheriver.com
» damncoolpics.blogpsot.com

RSS in Plain English

I can’t remember posting this video before. I do remember seeing it awhile back at ragamuffinsoul, and I think I left a link to it in a comment once. But here it is… RSS in Plain English—and my current addiction.

I use NetNewsWire Lite as my RSS Reader. (Sorry, Macs only).

RSS Dilemma

Ever since I started using an RSS Feed Reader I have found myself reading more blogs, yet commenting less. I also don’t get a chance to see a post in context, or see any fancy features added to a blog. I rarely get to chase new rabbits on someone’s blogroll, and I have a feeling that I don’t show up in everybody’s stats any more.

So this blessing is also a curse, and I’m at a conundrum as to how to fix it. I’ve been making an effort to get out and comment more, but as of right now I have over 80 subscriptions (not including comment subscriptions) and it’s not easy to comment on all of them.

Have you ever found yourself cursing the greatness that is RSS?

(Oh, and if you haven’t done it already, Subscribe To Me!)

RSS Feed Readers

It drives me banana’s to be a day late and a dollar short, but I’m willing to admit when I am. I’ve been blogging since June 23, 2004, and only today did I set up an RSS Feed Reader to corral my blogroll.

Thanks to the recommendation of Ragamuffin Soul, I went with the Net News Wire Lite, which is free and built for Macs. Seriously. How did I get along without this before?
