My Summer has been Transformed!

This bad boy arrived on my porch last Friday. It comes equipped to hold twenty 20oz cans, can be used as a drink warmer, and has a separate power cord that allows you to plug it into a cigarette lighter. For now it’s going to be setting up shop here at work, but this will be heading out on all of our camping trips and tailgate parties to be sure.

I’ve scrounged for these before… and I’m going to do it again.
Any of my readers who drink Pepsi, or Mountain Dew, or Siera Mist, and aren’t using the codes under the lid, please go ahead and do a brother a favor and pass them along to the ol’ Mud Puppy.
You can email me or, in the case of my boy Sammy, hand me a garbage bag full when I see you next.

Victor over at The Wonderful Noise is having a Show Your Desk contest that somehow I missed. I actually saw some of the entries recently, but I thought it was already over.
Anyway, I don’t know which category my desk might apply to, but here’s what I’ve got regardless. The most random object found on my desk would probably be my jar of Nutella. My favorite item would probably be the 23″ Apple Cinema Display.
Other objects found:
• 20Q Electroic Game
• Mini Slinky
• Old School Sony MDR-V100 Headphones
• Diet-Coke-with-Lemon Lemon Stress Ball
• The Far Side Desk Calendar
• Delphi SA10001 XM SKYFi Boombox
• Tigers Bobble Head Doll
• Kensington Turbo Mouse Pro Trackball
• Artemide Tizio Desk Lamp
• Herman Miller Aeron Chair
Get your entries in now! The contest ends tonight.
**UPDATE**
Just for fun, here’s a picture of my desk from two years ago. It’s fun to see the progression of things.
**UPDATE 2**
Because I can, here is a picture of the home office. Nothing weird here… unless having a television for watching sports while you work is weird.

Stef is from Hilliard, OH and a Buckeye fan. He is also a contributer on AC180. I almost met Stef last month when I met Aaron. He happened to be tied up that day, but that won’t be the last time I’m down in that area. Here’s a little blurb about what you’ll find on Stef’s blog…
This blog is about a Christian man trying to do the best he can. I am a husband, father, brother and friend. I love my family, which consists of an incredibly fantastic wife and three wonderful kids. I love God. I am not perfect and He knows that and He continues to love me and lead me. I enjoy sports, both coaching and viewing. Everyday is an adventure. This is where this blog fits in.
This blog will reflect my random thoughts on family, life, kids, Christianity, faith, sports, whatever! It will be from my perspected, however slanted that may be. This is the real me, no posers allowed!! I hope that you come back and visit from time to time and my hope is that God will recieve all the glory.
Congratulations Stef! I appreciate your presence on my blog! Expect an email later today with a little prize inside.

Now that Worship City’s race to 10k is over, it’s time to officially launch my race to 50k. It is tentatively scheduled to happen next weekend while I’m in Austin, Texas, but I’d love for it to happen before I leave.
I like how Conner designed his contest, so I’ll mimic what he did. Here’s how you can get your name in the hat.
1 ENTRY for every relevant* comment made on a post beginning after this post. (This post is excluded from the game).
2 ENTRIES for every link on your site to The Mud Puppy.
5 ENTRIES for every post on your blog dedicated to The Mud Puppy that also links here. (It can’t be about this contest).
Other than the comments, I will be relying on you to tell me of your merits. Simply chronicle them in this post and I’ll take it from there. After we hit 50,000 hits, I’ll take all the entries and pull out a random winner. And what will the winner get?
A $25 Amazon.com Gift Certificate
Game On.
*Any questions that arise during the above contest will be resolved at the sole discretion of The Mud Puppy. Relevant comments do NOT include comments such as “LOL”. Links on your site can include links in posts, but only those posts made after the contest begins, and are limited to one per post. Talleys of everyones entries will be listed in the comments of this post.
