It was Disability Awareness day at Fenway, and they had a autistic young man sing the national anthem. Early in the song, he gets nervous — it sounds like he is laughing, but he isn’t — and then greatness of the human spirit reveals itself once again.
I still wonder if this would have ever happened in New York though.
